To ensure all our customers are always able to contact our support team, we include our KnowledgeCARE Bronze support package automatically at no charge with your purchase of any Product. And because many of our Clients, use our On Demand Services, where we host the Solution at our world-class data center, all maintenance, enhancement upgrades, data base migrations and data back-ups are also included free of charge. For those customers who seek additional levels of support, we offer the KnowledgeCARE Gold and KnowledgeCARE Silver customer support options

This premier package offers faster response times by receiving direct access to our on demand telephone support service. You also receive a higher number of online support cases you can submit each month.


This standard support package is automatically provided at no charge with your purchase of services. You have a limited number of online support cases you can submit each month.
KnowledgeCARE Platinum
  Our Platinum Support Clients receive our highest level of support service. We appoint a dedicated openBLUE Consultant(s) for your account and dedicate a private 1-8xxx number for service calls. This service requires you to sign a 6 or 12-month retainer service with a monthly commitment of a certain number of support hours. Support Block time can also be used to develop customization, enhancements, or deliver training of your openBLUE Solution. Your dedicated consultant(s) becomes a virtual employee of your organization so you can utilize them as you see fit.
